摘要
本文测定了320例正常人体表希氏束电图的P-A,A-H,H波H-V,A-V、P-H和P-V等间期。结果表明,P-A和H-V间期在70岁以前测得正常值基本接近,而在70岁以后均有延长。P-A,P-V,A-H和A-V等间期,以40岁为界,40岁以前两个年龄组所得的正常值很接近,从40岁出现跳跃式延长,至40岁以上各年龄组所测得正常值均很接近,说明与增龄有关,但不是随着增龄而逐渐延长。本文又通过导管法与体表法同时检查28例,所测得P-A,A-H和H-V三个间期两者非常吻合,经过相关系数显著性检验r>r_(0.01)(P<0.01),说明两者相关性很强。SHBE对传导阻滞部位和程度有肯定诊断价值,并可以了解药物对传导系统的影响。
P-A, A-H, H-Wave, H-V, A-V, P-H and P-V were detemined by body surface His-bandle electrogram(SHBE)in 320 healthy individuals. The average values of the plastochrones between the P-A and H-V were almost the same before the age of 70 and extended after the age of 70, the plastochrones among the P-H, P-V, A-H and A-V were characteristic after the age of 40, as they extended with a style of jump and leap and the average values among the different groups near the age of 70 were quite closed, same results were obtained by the catheter and body surface check in 28 persons. It is quite significant through the check of the slraight line relative figure, with r>r 0. 01 average P<0. 01, So that the measurement of SHBE is nearly the same as catheter and HBE. SHBE is a non -invasive safe, painless can be repeated with affirmative diacritic value and helpful to deterimine the effectiveness of drugs used.
