摘要
本文通过分析人的需要,提出了人类的行为活动,都是为了满足某种需要。人的需要是人性和人的本质体现,是 对生活和发展条件的必要性的主观体验,是人对其内部环境和自然的、社会的、物质的或精神的外部条件稳定的要求。文章 根据教师特有的职业活动所形成的需要特征和积极性的特点,讨论如何激励教师的积极性。最后,提出了激励教师积极性 的几个有效方法。
Author of this essay, by analyzing people s, requirement, establishes a viewpoint that all the activities of human being are for the fulfillment of some need people's requirement is embodiment of human's nature and essence, subjective requisition for the stability of internal citcumstances and natural, social inner or outer conditions. Author of the essqy to the characters of teacher's exchusive occupational labor re-quirement and people' s activeness, points out how to impel teacher's activeness at the end of the article, the author suggests effective methods which can realize and strengthen teacher s activeness, initiative and creativeness.
