摘要
档案是人类社会活动的真实记录，学生档案又是学校整体档案中的主要组成部分。加强学生档案管理，充分开发其中的信息资源，对治校兴学、提高学校管理水平具有举足轻重的参考借鉴作用．本文结合自身工作经历，对学生档案信息资源的开发和提高管理售货员的身素质等相关问题提出了有益的见解。
Archives is a real record of the human society, and the student archives is an important part of the whole archives in the school. To strengthen the management of archives and to develop fully its information resources play an important role in the management of the school and improvement of management level. This paper put forth my own views on the problems of development of student archives information resources and on how to raise managerial people's quality, etc.
