摘要
本文从西部大开发、再造河西与河西工业化三项战略的内在联系出发，主要阐述了河西工业化的意义与目标、现状与问题，并提出了相应的对策建议。本文讨论的范围涉及资源开发、资本稀缺、制度创新、可持续发展等各方面。
From a perspective of the relations among development of the West,reconstruction of Hexi and industrialization of Hexi,this article explores the significance,goals, difficulties and solutions of Hexi industrialization. Discussion topics involve resource development,capi- tal scarcity,institutional renovation,sustainable development,and so on.
