摘要
本文以贫困发生率较高的甘肃省为例，深入分析了贫困致因，并站在市场经济高度上，以可持续的脱贫观为指导，提出彻底摆脱贫困的对策与建议。
Taking Gansu Province as an example of poverty, the author analyzes deeply the fundamental reasons that lead to the poverty problem in rural regions in Gansu Province and sets forth the suggestions to solve the poverty problem completely by standing at the hight of market economy and with the guide to the sustainable development.
