摘要
本文采用MTT比色法研究了亚硒酸钠对L_(1210)细胞的作用。结果表明:<1>亚硒酸钠对L_(1210)细胞的增殖有较强的抑制作用;<2>MTT比色法是一种可替代活细胞计数法的简便、快速、准确的检测方法。
The antlleukemia effect of sodium selenite (Se) was studied in L_(1210) cells in culture with MTT colorlmetric assay (MTT), survival cell count (SCC), and colony—forming rate assay. The results indicated that sodium selenite significantiy inhibited the growth of L_(1210) cells in vitro, and the colony—forming cells of L_(1210) cells were more sensitive to Se. The data from MTT was similar to that from SCC. This means that the SCC can be sustituted by MTT assay.
