摘要
我们先后进行了两批实验,试用中药复方“扶正活力合剂”预防和治疗小鼠S_(180)实体瘤。淋巴细胞ANAE染色试验结果表明扶正活力合剂可明显增强荷瘤小鼠细胞免疫功能;明显降低荷瘤小鼠血清MDA含量,提示其有增强抗指质过氧化作用;对肿瘤生长抑制率为33.3％,可明显抑制荷瘤生长。
FHJ(a chinese herb compound)was used to prevetion and treatment the tumors in mice。The results show that: 1、the percentage of ANAE^+ lymphocytes was increased, that evidenced the immunity function of cells in mice was risen;2、the contect of MDA in the serum was reduced, showing that the power in the anti—peroxidation of lipids in mice was increased; 3、the rate of inhibition of tumor was 33.3％, FHJ could inhibit the growth of tumor obviously.
