摘要
对41例肺炎患儿进行了血清肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及其同功酶的测定。结果表明肺炎患儿CPK及LDK活性均有明显升高,其阳性率分别为75.60％及68.29％。二者在肺炎心衰组与无心衰组间无差异(P>0.05)。LDH_1阳性率在心衰组为59.09％,无心衰组为26.32％,两组间差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。同功酶测定结果显示了较明显的组织特异性,对肺炎合并心肌损害的判断有意义。
Serum creatine phosphokinase (CPK) ,Lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and Its Isoenzyme activities were measured in 41 children with pneumonia. The results showed that both CPK and LDH activity in serum were found to be increased in those cases. 75.60% were positive of CPK and 68. 29% were positive of LDH. while there was no significant difference in ac- tiveties between the group of pneumonia with heart failure (HF) and the group of pneumonia without HF. Positive rates of LDH_1 in the goup with HF were 59. 09% and in the goup without HF were 26.32%. The difference between them is significant (p<0. 05). The change of cardiac cnzyme spectrum in pneumonia and Its clinical Assessment were discussed.
