苯乙烯/聚氯乙烯膜接枝研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用苯乙烯 (St)对聚氯乙烯 (PVC)的溶胀渗透 ,在过氧化苯甲酰 (BPO)的引发下发生接枝共聚反应 .研究了反应温度、反应时间、BPO浓度、苯乙烯浓度以及氧气对接枝率的影响 .并用红外光谱和DSC加以分析表征 .结果表明 :反应温度 80 0C ,反应时间 7.5h ,BPO浓度 0 .0 3mol/L ,St与PVC膜的质量比 45 0 ,且通氮排氧为最佳反应条件 ;同时 ,接枝苯乙烯的聚氯乙烯膜热稳定性有所改善 . By means of the swelling and seepage of Styrene (St) to PVC film, St was grafted onto PVC film by the initiation of BPO .The effects of reaction temperature and time, BPO and St concentrations, Oxygen on grafting ratio were studied, and the grafted films were characterized by FT-IR and DSC. The results showed that the best reaction condition was achieved when the reaction temperature was 800C, reaction time was 7.5h, BPO concentration was 0.03?mol/l, composition ratio of St to PVC film was 450 with oxygen avoided. Meanwhile, the thermal stability of PS-g-PVC film was enhanced.
