摘要
本文用自制的水蒸气蒸馏—溶剂萃取装置从川木香提取出挥发油,得油率为0.8%,对油的物理化学指标进行了测量。用毛细管气相色谱—质谱法分析了其化学成分,色谱分离出47个峰、质谱确定了26个组分的化学成分占总流出色谱峰面积的75.41%。将挥发油经柱原析分离,重结晶纯化,得到一柱状结晶,由MS、~1HNMR和IR分析确定其结构为去氢木香内酯,其色谱保留值及MS数据与挥发油的主要组分(46号峰)相同,从而确定了川木香挥发油的主要组分为去氢木香内酯。
In this paper, the volatile oil of Vladimiria Soulier(Franch.) Lingwas obtained by simultaneous distillation-extracting device from its dryroot. The oil yield is 0.8%. The physical and chemical constants weredetermined and its chemical constituents have been analyzed by gaschromatography/mass spectrometry. 47 peaks were separated by GC, ofwhich 26 components, constituting 75.41% of the oil were identified byGC/MS. A colourless crystal was obtained by column chromatographyand following recrystallization, which was confirmed as dehydrocostuslactone by MS, IR, and ~1HNMR. The retention time and MS data of thiscrystal are consistent with that of major constituents of oil(No. 46 peakin the chromatogram). Therefore, it has been proved that the majorconstituents of volatile oil of Vladimiria Soulier (Franch.) Ling isdehydrocostus lactone.
