摘要
本文对福鼎大白茶、政和大白茶、福建水仙茶花的外部形态和内部结构进行了观测,并就花部性状进行了方差分析。结果表明:三个品种茶花的基本形态和解剖结构相同,花冠直径、子房直径等花性状存在显著差异。从花粉表面电镜扫描的结果,可以看出,茶树的花粉具有较强的种属特征。
In this paper, some morphological characters of flower tissues of zhenghe Dabaicha, Fujian shuixian, and Fuding Dabaicha, which orginate in Fujian Province, were examined comparatively; some anatomically structural characters of flower tissues of the 3 varieties were exmined relatively by paraffin method; and the measured characteristics were calculated by analysis of variance. The results show that the basic morphological characters and anatomically structural characters of flowers of flowers of these 3 varieties are identical; significant differences were observed among other characters, such as diameters of ovary and style. Racial characters of pollen were observed by SEM. A basis for classifying of Tea varieties is proposed.
