摘要
本试验将减毒鸡沙门氏菌 97A疫苗株分别以不同剂量经口服和肌肉注射接种 10日龄 AA肉鸡 ,结果表明 ,97A对10日龄雏鸡有良好安全性。将 97A分别以 10 8、5× 10 8、10 9个细菌的免疫剂量口服接种 10日龄 AA肉鸡 ,抗体检测结果显示 ,所有试验组鸡在第 7天均能检测到抗体 ,第 14天抗体水平均有不同程度的提高。于接种后 14天 ,用强毒鸡沙门氏菌 Sg9按口服或肌肉注射的方式攻击 ,免疫试验组均有很高的保护率 (≥ 80 % ) ,其中 5× 10 8个细菌免疫剂量保护率最高 (10 0 % ) ,而对照组鸡 10 0 %死亡。试验结果表明 ,97A是一株安全性好 ,免疫保护力高的口服疫苗用菌株。
To evaluate the safety and efficacy of attenuated Salmonella gallinarum strain 97A as vaccine to protect chickens against salmonellosis caused by virulent S.gallinarum .Salmonella free chickens were inoculated through orally or intramuscularly at 10 day of age with different doses.The 10 day of age chickens were vaccinated orally with 10 8,5×10 8,10 9 colony forming units(CFU) and were challenged 14 days later by oral or intramuscular inoculation of 5×10 9 or 10 9 colony forming units(CFU) of virulent S.gallinarum . All vaccinated groups produced antibodies detectable at the 7th day post vaccination and had higher antibody response at the 14th day post vaccination and gave significantly higher protection than control groups,It suggested that 97A has potential as a low virulent and high effective vaccine to aid in the prevention of fowl typhoid and the related disease in chickens.
