摘要
本文用 Hb 珠蛋白粉作分子量标准物,应用 SDS-孔径梯度 PAG 电泳法,测定正常人血清白蛋白的分子量。结果表明,此法简便可靠易于推广。
This article deals with te use of human hemoglobin as a molecular weight marker to es- timate the human serum albumin molecular weight by SDS pore gradient PAGE.The result shows that this method for the protein molecular weight ranging from 1×10~4 to 1.5×10^(-5)is convenient and accurate,and may be popularized easily.
