摘要
目前在我国隧道工程中,施工管理是一个薄弱环节,大部分还是传统的或受传统模式影响的管理模式,在组织隧道施工中存在种种误区,已经越来越不适应市场经济发展的要求。如何改变观念,向管理要效益、挖潜力,是一个急待解决的问题。文章从实际出发并针对目前施工中存在的问题提出了自己的观点和看法。
At present the project management is some weaknesses in tunneling in China and various misunderstandings are existed this aspect due to the traditional management pattern. Now it has become more and more difficult for this management pattern to meet the requirement of market economy , therefore it's changing is really an urgent task. In this paper some viewpoints are put forward concerning the main problems existed in project management.
