摘要
本文从混合硝酸盐水溶液出发制备Y、Ba、Cu氧化物粉体。在通氧、960℃×61小时烧结和550℃×45—60小时退火的条件下,大截面块状样品的临界电流(Ic)随加1-2wt%Ag_2O迅速升高,出现一极大值,然后随增加Ag_2O量至10wt%而显著下降。加入1.2—1.5wt%Ag_2O的小截面样品的临界电浇密度(Jc)达到1457安/厘米~2(78K、零场、判据1微伏/厘米)。对加入少量Ag_2O提高YBCO体材料Jc的问题作了讨论。
Y-Ba-Cu oxide powder mixtures prepared from aqueous solutions of mixed nitrates were sintcred in flowing O_2 at 960℃ for 6h and post-annealed at 550℃ for 45-60h. Ic for large-cross-section bulk samples rose drastically with the doping of 1-2wt% Ag_2O, reached a maximum followed by a sharp drop at 10wt% Ag_2O. Small cross-section samples doped with 1.2-1.5wt% Ag_2O showed a Jc of 1457A/cm^2 (78k, O Oe, 1μV/cm). Possible reasons for the improvement in Jc by Ag_2O-doping were discussed.
