摘要
针对汉源钴硫精矿具有钴镍高和锌锰等杂质高的特点,开展了硫酸化焙烧、漫出,萃取分离研究,采用20%P204煤油作萃取体系仅用3级萃取取得了钴锰比分别为>1000和>3000的满意结果,焙烧转化率为80%8—85%。
Taking into consideration the characteristics of Hanyuan cobal-pyrite concentrate with such as high cobalt and nickel contents as well as considerable zinc and manganese as impurities, a metallurgical process was used for procesing of the material which consists of sulphatizing roasting followed by leaching, and then solvent extraction in the P204-kerosene system. Co/Mn and Co/Zn ratios of>1000 and >3000 respectively have been achieved after three stage solvent extraction. Roasting Conversion rate ranged from 80-85%0. In order to improve the conversion rate two stage roasting(i. e. dead roasting plus sulphatizing roasting)would be preferred duc to the high cobalt content of the material.
