摘要
将二氧化碳通入气田水制盐母液中,通过碳化除钙,制取碳酸锂。通过工艺实验,解决了传统沉淀法工艺中锂损失大,耗碱高的根本弱点。本碳化法除钙率达99.8%,锂损失小于16%,锂的单程收率达64%,产品碳酸锂纯度大于96%。
A new technology for the production of lithium carbonate from bitterns by the carbonifing process is developed in this paper. The relationships of the deposition of Ca^(2+) and Li^+, pH and the concentration of every ion in the system are proved through the thermodynamic research. The high loss rate of lithium and the high comsuption of sodium carbonate,a difficult technical problem in the traditional deposition process,are successfully resolved in our experiments. The experimental results show that 99.8% of Ca^(2+) is removed and less than 16% of Li^+ is lost with 64% of the recovery of Li^+ (each cycle) through the carbonifing process. This process with low costs and simple technique provides a commercial and econmic method for the production of lithium carbonate from bitterns of the high contents of Ca^(2+) and Mg^(2+).
