摘要
通过对浙江地开石矿物化学、XRD,IR,DTA,SEM,TEM及光学显微镜下特征研究表明,地开石矿物是具高结晶度,晶粒细小(1—3μm),呈薄假六方片状(纵横比7.5—9.0)、板片状及塔晶状的集合体,易剥离成单片。矿物杂质含量少,不含高电荷密度矿物,Fe_2O_3,TiO_2等有害杂质含量低(小于0.5%)。这些性能赋予了纸张表面高白度、光泽度、平滑度、不透明度及良好的印刷性能。
The dickite deposits of Zhejiang were the result of intermediate-acid or acid volcanies altered by the volcanic hydrothermal fluid and palaeogeothermal water originated from meteoric water in the Southeast Zhejang province. The deposits are a important material for paper industry. The mineralogical characteristics of the dickite indicates that it has high crystallinity with 1.2—1.5 of Hinckley index, fine particles of less than 1—3μm, Pseudohexagonal thin plate(7.5—9.0 of aspect ratio) and its aggregates easily delaminated; in other words, it has rare imparities, the contents of Fe_2O_3 and TiP_2 with less than 0.5% respectively. These properties provide the paper with high whiteness, good polish or gloss of the surface, improved hiding power and good printing properties.
