摘要
为研究超净车间作业对人体健康的影响因素,我们测定了某微电子集团公司8个超净程度不同的超净车间的臭氧浓度。结果显示其浓度明显低于大气巾臭氧浓度,是影响工人健康的因素之一。使用负离子发生器可提高超净室内臭氧浓度。
In order to study the effects of superclean working on human' s health we have determiu ed the Q_ 3~ concentrations in eight different superclean workshops of a microelectric group company.The results show that its densities are remarkably lower than O_3~ concentration in air.It is one of factors that affect worker's health.
