摘要
用健康鸡盲肠的厌氧培养物制成的微生态制剂生态王，用不同途径给刚出壳2日龄的雏鸡饲喂，再用致病性大肠杆菌及沙门氏杆菌给鸡攻毒。结果表明，试验鸡无论是口服还是饮水摄入生态王，都能明显提高对致病菌的抵抗力。雏鸡无论是从2日龄还是从7日龄开始用该制剂，都有明显效果，但日龄越小效果越明显。此外，微生态制剂对疫苗的免疫有显著的增强作用。
Two－day old chicken were fed with microecological products－－－anaerobion from healthy chicken caecum named Sheng Tai Wang， inoculated with avian virulent E．Coli and Salmonella．The result demonstrated that the chicken feed with Sheng Tai Wang by feed or water could increase the ability against the bacteria obviously either from two or seven days． But the younger chicken have better effection than the older．In addition，the chicken have a high immunity after inoculating vaccine as absorbing the fluid of the products．
