单克隆抗体磁共振造影剂在荷人肝癌裸鼠动物模型的初步研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的 评价单克隆抗体磁共振造影剂 (chTNT -Gd -DTPA)显示肝肿瘤定性诊断的可能性。方法 荷人肝癌裸鼠动物模型经腹腔注射chTNT Gd DTPA即刻和 48h后 ,分别在MR、SET1WI显示强化的情况 ,并与单纯注射Gd DTPA的对照组进行比较。结果 在注射后即刻 ,两组间肿瘤的强化程度无差别。实验组在 48h后扫描 ,所有肿瘤仍有轻度强化呈稍高信号 ,而对照组肿瘤信号恢复至增强前信号。结论 chTNT Gd DTPA具有导向肝癌的特性 。 Objective In order to evaluate the possiblity of diagnosing hepatic tumor with monoclonal antibody conjugated MR contrast (chTNT Gd DTPA). Methods Tumors of nude mice transplantted with human hepatoma showed enhancement in MR SE T 1WI immediately after administration of chTNT Gd DTPA and 48h lates via injected into abdominal cavity and compared to the control group which was adininistrated only Gd TPA. Results Enhancement of tumor was no difference between experimental group and the control group after administration immediately. The tumor of experimental group was still slight enhancement after 48h admiinstration, but the control group restored to the similar MR signal before administration. Conclusion Our results suggest that chTNT Gd DTPA have targeting feature, and it could provide an evidence for enhancing the specificity of hepatic tumows.
