不稳定型心绞痛患者血清脂蛋白(α)水平的观察

摘要 目的 :探讨脂蛋白 (α) [Lp( ) ]同急性冠脉综合征发生发展的关系。方法 :对 76例经冠脉造影证实冠心病患者的血清Lp( )及C反应蛋白等进行检测 ,并结合临床症状进行统计学分析。结果 :不稳定型心绞痛患者的血清Lp(α)水平明显高于稳定型心绞痛患者 (P <0 .0 5) ,而血清Lp( )异常率不稳定型心绞痛患者所占比例更大 ( 77%vs51 %P <0 .0 5)。结论 :Lp(α)在冠状动脉粥样斑块形成以及破裂过程中起着重要作用。 Objective:To study the correlation of serum Lp()with initiation and development of acute coronary syndrome.Methods:The level of serum Lp()and other factors were measured in 76 patients with coronary artery disease partly diagnosed by CACB.Results:The levels of Lp()in patients with unstable angina were significantly higher than those of stable angina,meanwhine,the abnormal rate of Lp()in patients with unstable angina was also higher (77% vs 51% P < 0.05 ). Conclusion:The Lp()plays an important role in the forming and disruption of plague in coronary artery.
