摘要
目的 观察自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法 采用自体角膜缘干细胞移植术对 5 3例 (5 6眼 )初发性和复发性翼状胬肉进行治疗 ,强调移植片移植床上角膜缘缝合时各自准确对位吻合。术后随访 6～ 2 4个月。结果 角膜上皮稳定 ,角膜恢复正常透明光滑 ,无异常胬肉样组织增生 ,无 1例复发。结论 自体角膜缘干细胞移植为病变区提供新的干细胞来源 ,是一种有效、安全的治疗翼状胬肉的手术方法。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of limbal stem cells autograft transplantation for treatment of pterygium.Methods Limbal stem cells autograft transplantation was performed on 54 cases(56 eyes)with primary or recurrent pterygium.Special attention was paid for the accurate alignment of the graft and the corneal bed during suturing.The post-operative follow-up periods from 6 to 24 months(mean,10 months).Results The corneal epithelial healing was stable,recovery of corneal transparency and smooth and no abnormal proliferation of pterygium-like tissue.No recurrence was found.Conclusion To provide new stem cells source for injured limbus with limbal stem cells autograft transplantation is an effective and safe treatment of pterygium.
