摘要
目的 探讨将原发性闭角型青光眼分为原发性急性闭角型青光眼和原发性慢性闭角型青光眼这种分型方法的可行性和科学性。方法 按原发性闭角型青光眼的诊断标准 ,将 32 5例 32 5眼原发性闭角型青光眼的住院患者按有否急性发作的症状和发作后存在的相应体征进行分类统计。结果 32 5例 32 5眼原发性闭角型青光眼中 ,有急性发作症状和体征的 89眼 ,占 2 7.4% ;有发作的症状但缺乏发作后的体征者 78眼 ,占 2 4% ;无存在任何发作症状和发作后的相应体征者 2 0眼 ,占 6 .2 % ;无法归类者 138眼 ,占 42 .4%。结论 将原发性闭角型青光眼根据是否存在急性发作的症状和发作后存在的相应体征作为划分急闭和慢闭的标准是不够科学的 ,这种分类对指导临床的防治工作无实际意义。
Objective To explore the feasibility and scientificity of the classification that primary angle-closure glaucoma was divided into acute angle-closure glaucoma and chronic angle-closure glaucoma.Methods According to the diagnostic criteria of primary angle-closure glaucoma,three hundred and twenty-five inpatients were diagnosed as primary angle-closure glaucoma.Then they were classified and counted by means of the symptoms of acute outbreak and signs after outbreak.Results In 325 patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma,there were 89 cases having symptoms and signs of acute outbreak(27.4%);There were 78 cases having nymptoms of acute outbreak but not any signs after outbreak(24%);There were 20 cases having neither symptoms of acute outbreak nor signs after outbreak(6.2%);One hundred and thirty-eight cases couldn't be classified(42.4%).Conclusions It was not scientific that symptoms of acute outbreak and signs after outbreak were considered as the criteria to classify primary angle-closure glaucoma.This classification had not practical meanings to direct the clinical prevention and treatment.
