高温液体对肝组织热损伤效应的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨不同浓度的高温液体在肝组织中的热损伤效应。方法 :将三种不同浓度高温液体各10ml分别注入兔肝 ,对40只兔进行急、慢性试验。结果 :高温的高、低渗液造成的肝坏死范围分别为2.51cm3±1.47cm3 、2.58cm3±1.52cm3,与高温等渗液1.27cm3±0.88cm3 比较P<0.05;1周后高渗液造成的坏死为8.92cm3±5.21cm3 ,兔生存良好。结论 :局部注射高温液体使肝发生肝坏死 ,尤以7.5 %高渗盐水显著 ,如用于大肝癌的局部治疗具有实用价值。
