摘要
为寻求有效防制抗性家蝇的杀虫药物，通过筛选选择合理有效的新型杀虫剂配方，提高卫生杀虫剂对抗性家蝇的杀灭能力，对“９８０６”等新型卫生杀虫剂进行杀虫效果观察。结果表明，“９８０６”能明显提高对抗性家蝇的杀灭功效，实验室半数致死量为 ０．００７７μｇ／ ，是市售常用杀虫剂的 ３－４倍；模拟现场１ｈ击倒率和 ２４ｈ 死亡率均为 １００％，比其它杀虫剂灭蝇效果提高 ２－５倍；现场使用灭蝇效果，相关密度指数小于５０达２个月以上。稳定性试验均达到卫生部门有关杀虫剂的稳定性要求。说明“９８０６”新型卫生杀虫剂对抗性家蝇有明显的杀灭和增效作用。
To find out health insecticides for preventing resistant flies effectively, several formula were screened to find new rational and effective type of insecticides '9806' ,it enhanced the ability of public health insecticides to kill flies.The result showed that the effect of killing flies using new type insecticides were raised sharply, LD50 was 0.007 7μg/insect in the experiment, and was 3 to 4 times lower than the insecticides in the market. The knocking rate of 1 hr and 24hr were bath 100% in the analogous site test and the killing effect on flies was raised by 2 to 5 times compared to other insecticides. There were more than 2 months that the relative density index was less than 50 according to scene effect test on killing flies. The stability of new type of insecticides meet the standards issued by health agency. Our conclusion is that the new type of public health insecticides could kill resistant flies more effectively.
