摘要
目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌早期诊断中的应用。方法 回顾分析了经病理证实的9例早期乳腺癌的声像图特征及血流情况。结果 9例早期乳癌直径均小于2.5cm,除具有恶性肿瘤的一般特征外,5例有毛刺状边缘:癌瘤纵横比大于0.77;3例具有微小钙化;9例乳癌均有血流信号显示,其中Ⅱ级以上血流6例。结论 早期乳癌部分表现为典型的图像,诊断符合率高。但部分表现不典型,与良性肿瘤之间互相交叉,需综合分析,以提高早期乳癌的诊断符合率。
Objective To detect the application value of high frequency ultrasound( HFU) and color Doppler flow imaging( CDFI) on the diag-naiosis of early malignant breast mass. Methods HFU and CDFI findings were reviewed in 9 cases of breast carcinoma with pathological confirmed. Results All diameters were less than 2.5cm in 9 cases of breast mass. Besides imaging characteristic of commoom malignant tumor these were.5 cases with spiny edge: the ratio of vertical and transverse diameter was bigger than 0.77 and 3 cases with prin calcification. The color signals were showed in all 9 cases breast mass. Flow grade ≥ Ⅱdegree in 6 cases. Conclusion Part of imagings of malignant breast tumor are typical. The diagnosis rate corresponding with pathology is very high. Part of imagings are not typical. Their imanging characteristic overlaps in part between benign and malignant tumor. It is necessary to analysis complex so that ultrasonographic coincidence rate on early breast malignant tumor shall be further improved .
