摘要
目的:观察加味肾气丸对支气管哮喘Th1/Th2细胞因子失衡的影响。方法:观察10例支气管哮喘患者服用加味肾气丸后症状的变化,测定诱导痰中INF-γ、IL-4和IgE含量。结果:加味肾气丸能明显改善肾阳虚和气虚血瘀症状,增加诱导痰中INF-γ含量和INF-γ/IL-4比值,降低IL-4和IgE水平。结论:加味肾气丸对支气管哮喘Th1/Th2细胞因子失衡有调节作用,能起到抑制炎症目的。
Objective:To observe the effect of JIAWEISHENQIWAN on Th1/Th2 like cytokines disbalance of asthma. Methods:10 patiens with asthma were treated with JIAWEISHENQIWAN.We observed the symptom of TCM and measured the INF-γ、IL-4 and IgE of the induced sputum. Results:JIAWEISHENQIWAN can improve the symptom of TCM, increase INF-γ,INF-γ/IL-4 and reduce IL-4,IgE in the induced sputum. Conclusion:JIAWEISHENQIWAN can recover Th1/Th2 like cytokines disbalance of asthma and suppress the airway inflammation of asthma.
