摘要
[目的]探讨醋酸甲地孕酮(美可治)对晚期癌症的疗效。[方法]对110例晚期癌症患者随机分为治疗组56例常规化疗同时口服美可治 ,对照组54例仅行常规化疗 ,观察两组治疗前后生活质量的变化。[结果]发现治疗组中食欲改善占80.0% ,体重增加率62.5 % ,Karnofsky分值提高57.1% ,明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]醋酸甲地孕酮在改善晚期癌症患者生活质量方面有较好的疗效 。
To investigate the effect of megestrol acetate (MEGACE) in patients with advanced carcinoma.One hundred and ten cases with advanced carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups,56 cases of the therapeutic group underwent routine chemotherapy plus taking megestrol acetate tablets,and 54 cases of the controlled group undergoing routine chemotherapy alone.In the therapeutic group,80.0% cases showed improvement of appetite,62.5% cases gained weight,and the score of Karnofsky rose 57.1%(P<0.01).[Conclusions]Megestrol acetate has beneficial effects to improve quality of life in patients with advanced carcinoma while its side effect is not obvious.
