摘要
[目的]研究术前化疗对进展期胃癌细胞凋亡的影响。[方法]21例胃癌患者术前静脉滴注5 氟尿嘧啶150mg/kg·d,术中取胃癌组织标本 ,应用3′ OH末端标记法(TUNEL)检测细胞的凋亡率(AI) ,与非化疗组比较。[结果]术前应用5 Fu组总的TUNEL指数为(8.6±3.8) % ,对照组总的标记指数为(5.4±2.6) % ,差异有显著性(P<0.05) ;5 Fu诱导作用与细胞分化有关。5 Fu诱导胃癌细胞凋亡有剂量依赖性。[结论]术前应用5 Fu辅助化疗可明显诱导进展期胃癌细胞凋亡 。
To study the effect of preoperative chemotherapy on cell apoptosis in advanced gastric carcinoma. 5 Fu 150mg/kg·d was administered intravenouly preoperation 21 patients.The apoptosis index of gastric carcinoma cells was evaluated by in situ TUNEL and compared between pre_ and non chemotherapy group.The AI was (8.6±3.8)% in pre chemotherapy group and (5.4±2.6)% in control group.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).The induction of apoptosis by 5 Fu was associated with dosage and grade.[Conclusions]This study suggests that the apoptosis may be induced by preoperative administration 5 Fu in advanced gastric carcinoma which has the value of clinical application.
