强化氟水门汀的细胞毒性评价

摘要 目的 利用体外细胞培养技术评价强化氟水门汀的细胞毒性 ,为临床应用作前期准备。方法 用材料浸提液同L 92 9成纤维细胞接触 2d、7d后 ,用紫外分光光度仪测定光吸收度 ,以评价材料的细胞毒性。结果 强化氟水门汀与普通水门汀细胞毒性没有显著性差异。结论 强化氟水门汀材料未见明显细胞毒性。 Objective To evaluate cytotoxicity of cements containing Co F and provide a sound scientific basis for clinical use.Methods The in vitro cytoxicity of cements containing Co F was examined by cell relative growth rate(RGR) assay. Results There were almost no obviously difference of cytotoxicity between common cements and cements containing Co F. Conclusion In vitro cytotoxicity of this cements containing Co F was slightly.
