摘要
目的 :研究如何提高严重腹部复合伤的疗效 ;方法 :对 1 96 1年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 4月间收治的 1 35例严重腹部复合伤诊断治疗情况和影响疗效的相关因素进行分组分析研究 ;结果 :前期组与近期组对比、ARDS发生率无明显差异 ,休克、ARF、MOF发生率近期组明显增高 ,近期组病死率明显低于前期组 ;结论 :制定合理的围创伤期治疗方案 ,实行个体化治疗 ,提高多学科综合救治水平是提高疗效的关键。
Objective:The research is how to improve curative effects of severe abdominal compound injury;Methods:Two groups were analyzed and studyed of the diagnosis and treatment,interrelate factors of inflnenced curative effects of 135 cases of severe abdominal compound injury since 1961-2000;Results:Contrasting between the two group 3,the morbidity of ARDS is not distinctly difference,which the morbiditiers of shock and ARF and MOF in the near future stage group,are distinctly increased.The case fatality rate in the near future stage group is distinctly lower than the early stage group.Conclusion:It is the most important that the rational plan of treatment in trauma stage is worked out,the individual treatment is used,the synthetical therapy level on the branchs of learning is raised.
