摘要
目的 :探讨蒙脱石散对诺氟沙星的体外吸附作用。方法 :不同剂量的诺氟沙星分别与 1小袋蒙脱石散混合于 0 .1mol·L-1盐酸溶液中 ,在 ( 3 7± 0 .5 )℃水浴恒温 2h后过滤 ,采用紫外分光光度法测定诺氟沙星的含量变化。结果 :蒙脱石散对诺氟沙星的吸附率为 ( 99.5 6± 0 .0 3 ) %。结论 :蒙脱石散对诺氟沙星有强大的吸附作用 ,因此临床应避免将两药同时服用。
OBJECTIVE To explore the adsorbent effects of smectite powder with norfloxacin in vitro.METHODS Different dosage of norfloxacin was mixed with one sachet of smectite powder in 0.1 mol·L -1 HCL solution and warmed at (37± 0.5 )℃ in water bath for two hours, after filtration,the content of norfloxacin was determined by ultraviolet spectrometry.RESULTS The adsorption rate of smectite powder with norfloxacin was ( 99.56 ± 0.03 )%.CONCLUSIONS The adsorbent effects of smectite powder with norfloxacin was very strong.Therefore,it must be avoided to administer the two drugs simultaneously.
