摘要
目的:研究补肾中药 佳蓉片对绝经后妇女骨质疏松的防治作用。方法 61名绝经后妇女随机分为3组,利维爱组(2.5 mg隔日1次)佳蓉片组(每日15g,分3次服用),对照组统一服用钙尔奇D(每日1片),疗程6个月。治疗前后观察骨质疏松的临床症状,测定腰椎和股骨的骨密度。结果:佳蓉片组对临床症状的改善,增加腰椎和股骨的骨密度等疗效与利维爱相同,作用优于单用钙尔奇D组。结论,佳蓉片有缓解骨质疏松症状,提高腰椎和股骨的骨密度的作用。
Objective:Toin-vestigate,a Chinese medicine of replenishing Kidney, on postmenopausal osteoporosis.
