摘要
本文研究了低等规度聚丙烯 (LIPP)的流变性能。利用动态流变仪和毛细管流变仪研究了LIPP的粘度与剪切速率的关系 ,用Carreau模型进行了拟合 ,得出了相关的参数值。LIPP的粘度与温度的关系可用阿仑尼乌斯方程描述 ,前置因子A等于 0 .3 9Pa·s ,流动活化能ΔEη 等于 5 5kJ/mol。通过旋转流变仪进行频率扫描和温度扫描 ,分别得到了LIPP的剪切弹性模量。
The rheological behavior of low isotactic polypropylene (LIPP)was investigated.The relationship between the viscosity and the shear rate was studied using parallel plate geometry and capillarity rheometer,which was found to fit Carreau model well,and the parameters of the model for LIPP were also obtained.Arrhenius equation could be employed to describe the dependence of the viscosity on the temperature,in which the constant A was 0.39Pa·s,and the flow activation enthalpy ΔE η was 55kJ/mol.The frequency and temperature sweep were carried out on the parallel plate geometer respectively,the dependence of the shear storage modulus and the loss modulus of LIPP on the shifted frequency and temperature were investigated.
