摘要
结合聚合物熔体齿轮泵的开发研制 ,并以同向平行双螺杆挤出机为实验平台 ,研究了聚合物熔体齿轮泵的输送特性和主要性能参数。测试数据表明 ,该类泵具有显著稳压效果和线性输送的特性。应用它可以增加挤出机产量 ,提高制品精度 。
With the development of polymer melt gear pump, the transport characteristics and main performance parameters were studied by a corotating twin screw exturder. The results showed that this type of pump provided special performance in pressure stability and linear output.It could increase the output, improve the accuracy of produts, save energy and reduce the raw material.
