摘要
讨论了在温和条件下由废PTA和甲醇制备DMT的方法 ,选择了聚合硫酸铁为酯化反应的催化剂 ,并对反应条件如反应温度、催化剂用量、物料投料比、反应时间进行了佳化。给出了 2种可供选择的工艺路线 ,可以得到不同酸值的粗产品。在工业放大试验中采用聚合硫酸铁取得了良好的效果。
Poly ferric sulfate (PES) was selected from five catalysts to produce DMT from waste PTA and methanol under mild conditions. The effects of reaction temperature, quantity of catalyst, reaction time and ratio of reactants were studied. Two processes for obtaining different yields were given and the catalyst was suitable for industrial use with little pollution.
