摘要
大米、玉米中残留的乙霉威 (diethofencarb)用丙酮 水提取 ,提取液先后经乙酸乙酯及乙腈液 液分配净化 ,再经弗罗里硅土柱净化后 ,用配有氮磷检测器 (NPD)的气相色谱仪测定 ,外标法定量。该法测定低限为 0 0 5μg/ g ,添加浓度在 0 0 5～ 1.0 0 μg/g时 ,回收率在80 %～ 10 9%。
Residual diethofencarb in rice and corn were extracted with acetone water system. The extract was clean up with liquid liquid partion by H 2O layer organic layer (CH 3COOC 2H 5 and CH 3 CN), then with column chromatograph by Florisil silicon earth column. The method for determination of diethofencarb residues in cereal by Gas chromataorgraphy equipped with NPD was established. The low limit of detection is 0.05μg/g, and the recovery was arranged in 80～109% when the content of added diethofencarb in cereal was between 0.05～1.00μg/g.
