摘要
研究了以月桂醇为主要原料 ,在固体超强酸SO2 - 4/ZrO2 SiO2 催化作用下合成月桂基溴的方法。其优惠工艺条件为 :反应温度 10 0℃、反应时间 6h、原料配比月桂醇∶氢溴酸=1∶2 (mol/mol)、催化剂用量为原料的 10 %。
Preparation of 1 bromodecane on the basis of 1 dodecanol by solid super acid catalyst SO 2- 4/ZrO 2 SiO 2 was studied. The suitable preparation conditions were determined: reaction temperature 100℃, reaction time 6h, mole ration 1 dodecanol and hydrobromicacid 1∶2(mol/mol), amount of catalyst 10%.
