介绍了以异丁腈为原料 ,与氯化氢、氨气反应合成异丁脒盐酸盐 ,在水溶液中同乙酰乙酸甲酯反应合成 2 异丙基 4 甲基 6 羟基嘧啶的工艺路线 ,总收率达到 83% ,含量达到 98%以上。
A synthetic route for preparation of 2 isopropyl 4 methyl 6 hydroxypyridine is introduced in this article, which is started with Isobytyronitrile, reacting with Hydrogen Chloride and free ammonia to make Isobutyl amidine hydrochioride, then the said product is synthesed byreaction with Methyl Acetoacetate in water solution. The total yield is 83%, and purity is up to 98% min.
