摘要
在考虑溶剂的挥发速度和对氯丁橡胶的溶解能力的基础上 ,通过计算混合溶剂的溶解度参数δ和氢键指数γ来确定氯丁胶的混合溶剂。实验中发现取消氧化锌用量并降低氧化镁的用量不会对胶粘剂性能产生影响 ,而使用活性氧化镁替代轻质氧化镁并配合使用氧化镁同 2 40 2树脂反应的催化剂 ,能很好地解决氯丁胶粘剂的分层、干燥慢。
On the basis of the solvents' volatile speed and the dissolving ability to neoprene the mixing solvents of neoprene adhesive were determined by calculating the mixing solvents' solubility parameters and hydrogen bond index r. We found that canceling the ZnO protion and reducing the MgO portion would have no effect to the properties of the adhesive. The questions such as stratification, drying slow and poor shear strength would be solved by using active MgO replacing light MgO and the reaction catalyst found in the experiment.
