Improving the production process of vinylidene chloride to promote the production of vinylidene chloride

摘要 介绍了近年来国内外VDC、VDC共聚树脂的发展情况。提出了改进偏氯乙烯生产工艺 ,改进后使 (1)氯化工序做到增压氯化 ,强制循环降温 (控制在 6 5℃ )、氯乙烯过量、尾气进行二次氯化后回收氯乙烯及二氯乙烷 ;(2 )改间歇皂化为连续皂化 ;(3)严格控制碱液质量分数 ;(4 )经除水的粗偏氯乙烯先进入低沸塔除去低沸物后再进高沸塔除去高沸物 ,最后进入成品贮槽。改造后综合经济效益提高了 2 5 %。 The development situations of VDC and VDC copolymer resin at home and abroad are introduced.The production process of vinylidene chloride is improved in the followig aspects:(1)chlorination is performed under pressurization condition,forced-circulation is used to lower and control the temperature at 65 ℃,the amount of vinyl chloride is in excess and vinyl chloride and dichloroethane are recovered after the secondary chlorination of tail gas;(2)changing the batch saponification for continuous saponification;(3)strictly controlling the concentration of alkaline liquor;(4)the dewatered crude vinylidene chloride is first supplied to the low-boiler tower to remove the low-boiling substances,and then supplied to the high-boiler tower to remove the high-boiling substances,and at last supplied to the product tank.After modification,the comprehensive economic benefit increases by 25%.
