摘要
目的 采用Cox回归描述多变量生存期和预测多变量生存率。方法 介绍生存函数和结合线性内插法的基本原理 ,用一个实例和SPSS 8 0的Coxregression过程说明该计算方法。结果 列出该法和Kaplan -Meier法的比较表和预测某个体的多变量生存率。结论 涉及多变量影响的生存分析时 ,使用该法进行描述和预测更客观和直观。
Objectives To introduce the description of multivaiate survival period and prediction of multivariate survival rate with Cox regression.Methods Basic principles of survival function and linear inerpolation are introduced.The methods are illustrated by an example and the Cox regression procedure of SPSS 8 0.Results The table of comparison between survival period at mean of two covariates and Kaplan-Meier's and prediction of a case's survival rate are shown.Conclusion When is made the survival analysis involving in multivariates,it is objective and directive to use the method to make description and prediction.
