摘要
本文结合国际、国内生态环境监测技术水平及发展趋势的讨论 ,论述了海洋监测技术对于社会发展和经济建设的必要性和重要性及世界各海洋国家在此方面所做的大量工作和所取得的成功经验 ,同时又对国内近几十年来海洋监测技术的发展做了概括 ,客观翔实的提出了与国外的差距和不足 ,尤其针对我省海洋监测技术做了现状分析 ,提出了发展海洋监测技术的框架和建议。
Based on ocean ecological environment monitoring technologies level and developing trend,this paper mainly discusses the necessity and importance of ocean environment monitoring technologies for society development and economy construction,and lots of work and successful experience in different ocean countries all over the world.In the meantime,the paper summarizes the domestic developments of ocean monitoring technologies for decades,and points out that we have a long way to go in ocean monitoring technologies.Especially according to our provincial ocean monitoring technologies,the analysis of present situation was made and were provided.The framework and the suggestion for developing ocean monitoring technologies.
