摘要
本文通过对我国技术入股现状的分析 ,提出了技术入股发展的四种模式 ,及其定义、优缺点、适合的企业和技术成果的类型。期望能够对促进我国技术入股的发展有所借鉴。
Basing on the analysis of the present conditions in China, this article puts forward four patterns about the development of technologic achievement captitalized, their merits, shortcomings, and typies which are well suit for enterprises and technologic achievements, in hope of providing the beneficial reference for technologic achievement captitalized in China.
