摘要
目的 探讨职能部门对护理质量的科学有效控制。方法 结合医院护理质量管理实际 ,总结归纳了质量控制的具体做法。结果 通过采用合理控制、统一控制、滚动控制、现场控制、逐级控制、反馈控制 6步控制法 ,使护理质量收到了良好的效果。结论 上述控制法对护理部实施护理质量控制具有参考价值。
Objective\ To explore the scientific and effective control of nursing quality by management department.Methods\ To conclude the specific methods of quality control according with the reality of nursing quality management in the hospital.Results\ Six step method,that is,reasonable control,general control,rolling control,control on spot,graded control and feed back control.We get good effects to nursing quality control.Conclusion\ These control methods are valuable to the nursing quality control of nursing department.
