摘要
通过考虑港口的各种影响因素 ,应用模糊数学的方法 ,实现专家对三大技术经济指标的综合评判 ,得出针对某具体港区码头应采用什么样的装卸机械设备结构 ,以达到经济技术效益的完善结合 .
In this paper,the way how to reform,choose and rebuild the transporter mechanical equipment can be archieved by expert's valuation to three technoeconomics guidelines with the fuzzy mathematics to improve the management.This way that we call fuzzy valuation has obtained perfect result in the practice.
