摘要
本文阐述了科学技术发展和经济全球化趋势对我国教育发展的影响，提出进行科技伦理和环境伦理教育，融会中外优秀文化，积极发展我国高等教育的观点。
This paper sets forth the influence of scientific and technological development and economic globalization on Chinese education, putting forward the points of view that the education of scientific and technological ethic and environmental ethic should be carried out, that the preeminent civilization of China and foreign countries be merged, and that higher education of China be developed actively.
