摘要
随着21世纪的到来 ,知识经济已见端倪 ,人类的经济社会生活将发生新的巨大变化 ,国内外的形势迫切要求作为培养和造就现代教师的熔炉———作为师范教育、培养教师的摇篮———师范院校 ,必须注重培养未来的创新型的教师。本文着重论述了什么是创新型的教师 ,怎样培养未来的创新型教师。
With the arrival of 21st century and the knowledge economy, great changes have taken place in the economic life and the social life of human being. Because of the urgent situation demand at home and abroad, the normal school, which is the furnace to train and bring up modern teachers or the cradle of teachers school education, must focus attention on bringing up innovative teachers. This article briefly discusses what innovative teachers are like and how to train them.
