摘要
提出了基于互联网的分布式机械零件设计的方法 ,该方法采用组件服务器JaguarCTS技术 ,建立三层B/S结构下的分布式设计系统。它具有经济性、实时性、开放性、易维护性、可重用性、异构性和安全性等优点 ,克服了传统设计方法的不足。提出了通用的系统结构 ,并分析了JaguarCTS客户端类型和中间层组件的模型。最后给出了渐开线齿轮传动设计的计算结果实例。
The method of distributed design of mechanical parts based on Internet is presented to establish the distributed design system with three tier C/S structures, by using the technique of Jaguar Component Transaction Server(Jaguar CTS).This system is economic, real time, adjustable,maintainable,safe and its software can be used repeatedly, so it overcomes the flaws of the traditional methods effectively. A universal system structure is presented and the type of the client and a component model in the second tier of Jaguar CTS are analyzed. At last, the result of the involute gear driving design is described.
